One effective way to fight fatigue is to eat a healthy snack high in protein and complex carbohydrates, such as a hard-boiled egg or a handful of almonds.

Drinking water with lemon can rehydrate the body, improve alertness, and boost Vitamin C.

Consuming caffeine in moderation, such as tea or coffee can also provide a quick burst of energy but excessive intake could cause jitters and crashes later.

Staying active also helps, such as taking a quick walk or stretching, which can improve circulation and increase oxygen levels in the body to fight fatigue.
